Christine Baranowski is an accomplished global Chief Human Resources Officer and Talent Acquisition Executive with Fortune 100 experience. She brings over 25 years of executive experience with highly-diverse companies including USAA, Adidas, MCIWorldcom/Verizon and Gartner. She has led HR teams of over 200 employees in both private and public organizations with 40,000+ employees. She’s known as a trusted advisor who is genuine, collaborative, and able to seamlessly transition between strategic and operational initiatives to deliver impactful results.
Christine serves on several boards including Special Olympics of Oregon, The Nava Center and Leadership Worth Following. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business where she majored in Human Resources, Economics and Psychology. She is a certified Executive Coach in addition to having certifications in Behavioral Interviewing and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace. Christine and her family reside in Portland, Oregon.
